I ordered this to run around the house with my young children. I'm 5ft 9in, about 150lbs, athletic and it's DIFFICULT to keep up with my kids on the hopball! It also holds my 200 lb husband very well. You can get some serious airway with these funnel balls, which was an AMAZING surprise! They are also versatile so you can work your abs on them. My only complaint is that the grip rubs on my inner thighs causing minor discomfort. This may be due to user error. (when I'm desperately trying to jump faster than my kids hahahaha) I wish I knew about adult balls sooner!
