The customer service team are fantastic, very responsive to our queries as well providing guidance at all times in order for us have success with their product/service which we use daily within an office environment (we're primarily focused around sales).
There's nothing I can think of that would be disliked or anything they could improve upon! We've been using this software since 2015 when it was first launched by them initially - but now its 2018 so there has naturally evolved some improvements over time; however these were minor changes only not enough reason why i'd dislike any thing about selectmedia overall!! Our main focus currently revolves mainly round managing clients' accounts via online portal rather than having access through traditional mail system etc where you receive paper documents from your client e-signing being one example off my top head. This helps me manage work load better especially during busy periods & will ensure.
