During COVID my home office has become a must have along with a quality noise canceling headset. Due to the heavy usage of my Bose QC 35 headset, my ear pads split at the seam (very common with Bose OEMs) and had to be replaced. ADVANTAGES: * Installation was easy with instructions. To be honest, removing the existing ear cushions and cloth cover was more difficult* Comfort - They're just as comfortable as the OEMs when new. They progressively soften with use.* Noise Cancellation - Same noise cancellation* Stylish - I've had a few compliments on my ear cushions. They're just different enough to get noticed and stand out, but not stand out. CONS: * Price - not really a con as I preferred these to the black equivalent, but there is a stealth premium over the all black ones.
