I take my coffee very seriously.This is an extremely practical solution for having a perfect coffee on-the-go. The Nespresso coffee pods fit perfectly and delivers an excellent espresso with a nice crema. My recommendation is to use hot (slightly before boiled) water to guarantee speed. but should you find yourself without the option of hot water you can let this unit heat the water for you. It will take much longer (15+ min. for you to get one shot of espresso). Otherwise I love the portability of this espresso machine. I take it to the office with me as it beats drinking the light, inky instant coffee served there.The seller was very supportive. they recommended re-usable pods and an extra battery which I decided to order to make sure that I would never be caught without an espresso. Again. the only negative thing is the speed of heating and getting espresso if you use cold or room-temp. water as it does take too long and will end up giving you 3 cups on one charge but that cannot be helped. This is still an EXCELLENT product to have your favorite coffee with you anywhere.Highly recommended.
