The only reason I didn't give this little vacuum 5 stars is because I hate filters. As for the work I want, she's doing great! I use it to keep the floor around the litter box clean. He perfectly sucks up the debris falling from her little paws. And it does a good job on cat hair and dust balls too. Only the damn filter is annoying. I don't buy expensive replacement filters. I actually use the original plastic filter that came with the vacuum (with the filter removed) and I use coffee filters (size 4) and tape the coffee filters to the plastic part. The coffee filters work great and cost next to nothing (I use Walmart store brand) compared to a Dirt Devil filter replacement. Great little vacuum for light use - I hate filters.
