They broke (the body, or rather, the right ear fell off) despite the fact that I took care of them as a son or daughter. Repair? No, we haven't heard. Parts not to be found! Well, unless of course a miracle happens, and someone will sell this "beauty" for parts). BUT! But, it seems to me, everyone dreams of finding spare parts (those poor fellows who bought this device, I sympathize). I will definitely never buy SONY products again if they fall apart in 4 months. But I can't live without music, I started thinking, what should I do? Services from Sony "deeply sympathize" with the loss, but you will not get help from them. Can 3D print parts? Go put all the filling in a more or less suitable case? How interesting). But I'll probably just stick my ears on another, more reliable "bezel" and enjoy my favorite music again (although it will look at least strange).
