Definitely not worth it.

It took me a lot of trouble to locate the faulty gyroscope. No matter what I did, the engines crackled as they hovered. Black box registration shows terrible gyro noise. Pre and post filtration. Swapped out the motors and added a large 1000uF cap. Still couldn't filter out the noise. Mounted another F4 on the quad and it flew like a rock.
