The most important thing about this software is that it provides me with all essential data in one place without wasting time searching through files or databases to find what I need (or not!).

And also - as far as I know there are no downsides of using dolphin! If you have problems like my colleagues do when they use Outlook then maybe try out other solutions first before choosing dolphin over them? It's very user friendly once u figure everything out but at times can be frustrating if your newbieness leads into confusion/conflicting information between different sections within the program. This helps keep our sales team organized by providing access from any device while keeping track of orders received via email and sent directly via text messaging which allows us to respond quickly during peak hours.
