LOL! I fed my cat Blue Buffalo Kitten Food until about a month ago when I decided it was time to switch to Blue Buffalo Adult Food as she was just over a year old and after doing some research I decided I should would switch to Costco. Instead "service cat" because it should be a strong substitute for blue buffalo and cheaper. Well, I can't speak for other people who claim food holds water, but let me tell you, it only took a few days for their fur to become dry and brittle. Sure, she seemed happy and ate it, but she looked a little scruffy and her coat was like using a cheap shampoo on your hair that strips your hair of all oils and then doesn't use conditioner. I picture one of those hair commercials where a girl is holding a hair dryer and her hair is a dry, tangled mess full of static electricity. It didn't matter I mixed the lining to give it a good transition and then I even waited a bit and left it on the new Costco lining to see if it would fix itself, but also after enough time had passed , I wasn't so lucky. In any case, my suspicions were confirmed when I gave her blue buffalo food again. After a few days her fur was soft and plush again and everything is so good. I suppose we're probably talking about how the food affects their saliva and then their fur. Well, whatever he does is truly amazing. It's funny because I took for granted the fact that she was always very soft from the moment she was born because she was always fed blue buffalo kitten chow, and I wasn't aware that a lot of it was that soft. I remember remarking to my best friend how incredibly soft she was when she was a little cat and one day he asked me if I thought her cat hair would fall out and she would be softer and less soft. with time. and I didn't think about it, or that it should ever happen, because she was always so soft. Well, now I know part of it was due to the food. Although it's twice the price of the Costco products, which a company called Diamond makes, it's worth it. I can't say this food isn't suitable for another cat but so far Blue Buffalo has been the best cat food at the best price and I think if you have a cat you owe your cat the very best. you can afford it And it's the perfect balance. what did it cost me $100 a year? I think 30 cents a day is less than a cup of coffee. So. She gets health benefits and I get her health benefits too for being happy, healthy and soft to be petted and hugged. "internal formula" just in case for some reason it starts to get a little thick etc. so I'll try these two and learn more about how she does it over time. But in any case, at least the winner was BB food. Hope this helps you.
