I love to cook and I cook a lot. One of my favorite dishes is steak. As a retired chef I had to make ribeye without smoking your house. This unit has a grill and skillet so I can grill a medium-rare steak. I like it for hamburgers because I can grill my bun and burger at the same time because of the combo grill pan. I was surprised how well he cooks. It's fairly easy to clean, with the grid allowing excess drips to drip directly into the easy-to-clean drip pan. The size was bigger than I could imagine but I like it. Would recommend to everyone. I was very surprised at how little smoke it had.
