I have two boys growing up and I prefer socks that are not too thick (shoes get too small too quickly)! On the other hand, I don't like such thin socks that wear out and tear quickly. These socks are the BEST balance of softness and comfort I have ever found, not too thick and not too thin. My kids say they are very comfortable in these socks.
