My wife and I spent a fortune on bottled water. not only for us, but also for the customers who have visited us. We were really concerned about the cost and the devastating impact on the environment. I started researching various companies that offered under sink filtered water filtration systems. I spent about 2 weeks looking for companies that were either recommended or that I found through online searches, comparisons, etc. Price was also an issue, but we didn't want to skimp on quality to save a few bucks. There have been systems that in my honest opinion were ridiculously overpriced (I know some people like to think that the more you pay the better the quality and in this case the taste, but in my experience that's never the case the more you pay). pay, the less you have, and there are ALWAYS solid products that don't require you to take out a loan!) and others that were very, very cheap but just looked cheap. I read reviews from everyone. After deciding on my A's and discussing them with my wife, we finally settled on Home Master. We are so glad we did. That's all we wanted and expected. I asked our handyman to install it for us and he told me it was a lot easier than many others he had done before. When I first used the system to fill a glass of water, I noticed that it was a bit cloudy. . After several attempts I called the company. I spoke to a technician who reassured me that this was normal and that I should fill and empty the tank twice and it would be crystal clear. And he was right, it was absolutely right! Clean, clear and delicious taste. We've been enjoying this system for a little over a year now. I changed the filters the other day, which was a lot easier than I expected. It was 100% friendly, professional, helpful and genuinely considerate calling the company with every single person from the receptionist to the technicians. That's a rarity these days. In fact, a gentleman called me back after we spoke to make sure everything was fine with the plumbing exchange. Who does that nowadays!? Answer: Yes! I cannot recommend this company and their product enough. Great tasting water. Amazing customer service. And it won't break the bank!
