Review on Handmade Luxury: BeldiNest Moroccan Leather Pouf Ottoman In Tan by Manny Darawi

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Doesn't function well- too light

Too light. 2stars only because the leather quality and stitching is good- but the material used to stuff the ottoman is a definite downgrade from the heavier material that made the ottoman feel sturdy enough to put under foot or in a nursery for toddlers to climb onto to sit upon. This material is so light that it doesn't even retain a shape (like the picture- it does NOT look like this picture- it is more round) and I know they do this to cut down on shipping cost. As a customer, I would rather chOose an option to upgrade and PAY MORE to get an ottoman that performs the way it should. This thing is so light I can pick it up and throw it across the room- which is exactly what I want to do sometimes when I'm so frustrated trying to rock my baby in the nursery and this thing is wobbling around underfoot! Urrgh.

Pros
  • Colors: Tan
Cons
  • Maintenance Demands

This turned out to be a great little ottoman for a tiny living room with not an inch to spare. If you order it stuffed it gets the right amount of fiber. I ordered it empty and stuffed it myself. If I had it to do over again I wouldn''t have done that. Great quality leather. Looks exactly like the photo.
