I had concerns that the waist trainer would be too small, but it was a perfect fit. So far, I am pleased with my purchase. I've been using this product a little over a month, and I've seen some results. I wear the waist trainer eight to ten hours every day with minor discomfort. I have tried to wear it over night, but it is very uncomfortable. To achieve my goal of a smaller waist I realize it will take time.
