My Eufy started making a horrible loud popping sound (although it was otherwise working fine) and I couldn't figure out how thoroughly I cleaned it. I called the company and the support rep asked me to take out the roller brush, put it back on the floor and start vacuuming. When I did that there was no loud rumble so he told me I needed a new roller brush. That completely solved the problem! They seem to need to be replaced every 3-6 months depending on how often they are used. I'm so grateful this was an easy fix and not a warranty issue. I've had my Eufy for a year now and I love it, it's a fantastic little car!
