Earlier I said the buzzer was broken because I didn't get resistance readings was able to use a multimeter.Wasting more time I was able to get a resistance reading and a weak horn tone by adjusting the tuning screw.I finally adjusted the horn and now it produces a strong tone.The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that Lack of instructions or technical support with a horn.
