Worked fine for 10 months then just stopped working one morning. Opened a tech support ticket and then the fun started. First they wanted me to send a short video about the problem. I said it won't turn on, what else do you need to know? So. They forced me to send photos of the voltage readings at the input terminals of the PV module and the battery. The meter's screen and the probes touching the terminals should be in the picture. The worst part was dealing with emails that went unanswered for 3 or 4 days. It's difficult to generate power without a charge controller, so I actually bought a cheap One Solar charge controller (works fine, but the lithium rig only has a float setting) from Revain to go 6 WEEKS without a CC. The new one has its own problems. The lithium battery setting (57.6) charged my Battleborn batteries to 60V (I have a 48V system). I contacted tech support again and they said the lithium setting is for THEIR (Renogy) batteries. Even now I have to use the USER setting and set it to 0.5 at the voltage I really need. Also, there are times when it is dark outside, but the controller shows that 140W is being produced, so you need to turn off the PV array to fix the problem. Also, it's $100 more than when I bought it in December 2019. As I write this, I'll be getting the Victron and quit messing with the Renogy CC high amp. Although I like and use their 300 watt panels.
