I am happy with this shoe rack. Assembly was a bit tricky for me as the area of the canvas where the drawers are located is very tight/clamped between the formative support rods. I recommend first inserting the four horizontal bars into the tarp pockets, then connecting the bottom horizontal bars to the vertical supports, and finally connecting the top horizontal bars to the vertical supports. Once assembled it fits nicely in my closet under the hangers with room at the top for more shoes (or boxes or sweaters) that don't fit in the alcoves. I laid my heels on her side like they were too high to stand in a closet. On wider shoes (tennis shoes) they sit on the sole but the toe of the shoe is turned in (so you can see the heel) and the other in the pair has the heel pointing in (so you can see the toe), giving them helps to adapt better in the cockpit. The canvas had an off-gassing odor that lasted for a week or two.
