As I work from home and will be doing so for a while I needed a laptop stand that would allow me to keep my entire laptop upright, not just at a slight angle to your keyboard, and this stand does just that. I use a full size keyboard and monitor in my WFH office and needed to maximize my desk and monitor space so this is perfect for freeing up desk space while allowing me to use my laptop as a second screen if needed. Most other coasters I've seen have added an inch or two at most to be more ergonomic, but this one has a variety of angles and heights. This holds the laptop securely in place, feels solid when the laptop rocks it and is very easy to adjust the height, and I love that the mesh keeps the computer breathable and cool. It would definitely be nice for a tablet too, and I might use it for that purpose in the future if I end up not working from home.
