The refreshing taste is best in 7-Keto

I love the refreshing taste so much I fill my bottle with water and add a packet of Cucumber Lemon BHB and drink it all morning and another in the afternoon . Much better than Kool-Aid or other sugary drinks for adjusting to ketones and avoiding sugar. Dutch chocolate has a nice full chocolate flavor and is a good hot drink on a cold or rainy day.
