There’s an obvious value for the money here! It costs 15-25% less than comparable name brand oil. As a former avid user of only highly priced competitors, my financial situation forced me to start looking for alternatives. For a high mileage motor oil, I expect to have a little more than plain motor oil.Speaking of plain, that describes the label perfectly. Not that I expected anything more extravagant but any less and it would have government nomenclature listed on it. HahaNow for those wondering if you should trust it. I was wondering the same thing. I figured I would try it on my 20 year old car with 225,000 miles on it. I was about 2500 miles overdue for an oil change. I was already feeling my performance suffering from it. I was tight on money so rather than taking it to a local lube shop I decided to change the oil myself.The container was a little overfilled. So not only did I get a good value for my money, but I got about 1/2qt extra. The consistency was like any other standard oil for high mileage vehicles that you would expect. The color seemed a little lighter than normal, but not alarmingly so.After replacing the oil I didn’t notice an immediate change. And I don’t know if I was expecting one. However after about two days of commuting 140 miles to work (70 miles round-trip each day), it’s like my engine came alive again.I’m not sure exactly what happened, but I remembered all those TV commercials where engine deposits are removed and cleaned from the inside out and brings new life to old parts. That’s what it felt like to drive this car again.So from where I sit, this product is just as good, if not better than any comparable competitor on the market. What they lack in marketability, sheerness, and packaging they completely make up for in quality.I don’t write very many reviews, so the fact that I’m taking the time to write this one shows something. You can trust this oil just as much as any other on the market.
