Nice belt and a good answer to the need to resize. The manufacturer relies on letter size and is generous. My waist size is 36, so I ordered a large one, it says "choose the next size up". Choose exactly the range that includes the size of the belt or pants and you will be satisfied. I received a quick refund and will be purchasing a "medium" size.
