My cousin is into fitness and I thought he would like these when he works out with his heavy punching bag.He likes these gel boxing gloves much better than the ones he had been using. He says they are a bit snug but are reasonably comfortable, have great support and protect his hands well but they could have been a little bigger, says the size must be off. He has used them just about every day for a while now but they are still a bit tight. But he likes them enough to keep on using them, and aside from being a little tight, he is happy with them.
