I love being able to have all of our social media posts in one place (our website).
It's like having multiple people who work for you! The reporting could be more thorough but that isn't necessarily their fault as they're doing what was asked of them with this platform out there - keep at it! They are great customer service reps too so if anything comes up or questions arise just pickup/call them right away! We've been using kulela since May 2015 when someone from my team realized how easy it would make managing all our social accounts easier than trying do everything separately through each individual account ourselves.
