I could swear I ordered 12 but we got 10/11 so it barely fits but other than that the material is too hard and uncomfortable for my fiancé. I bought him a pair of these shoes at Dollar General for $6 to wear until these arrived and he literally loves them more because they are just so comfortable with a soft plush bottom and a plush bottom strap. I'm sure they will adjust and loosen up a bit with wear, but they are too tight and stiff.
