I bought this and a Kiss auto rotary curling iron and they were delivered the same day. I found this item cumbersome to use and the fact that you have to charge it and can't use it from the mains is a major deterrent. The settings are not easy to set up. You need to separate and paste small sections of hair. I didn't like the curl - it looked too "ringly" to me. I'm leaving Kiss which was very easy to use and created a more natural beachy wave. Plus kiss is used connected to the network. Send this curler back. I think this would probably work well on a kid or someone with thin long hair. My hair is too thick to divide into small sections and shoulder length compared to long. If you need to use the device on the go and without an outlet, it can come in handy.
