I'm really happy with this bag. before, I was using just a regular bookbag to carry stuff around but then I upgraded to this and it's so much better. It has a bunch of pockets to keep stuff organized and it looks really good. I would be bummed out too if mine broke right away but I've bought 3 of these (1 for me and 2 as gifts) and they're all holding up great. I use it mostly for my tablet and sometimes books and other random things like chargers and stuff but if I was a student I would find a bigger backpack instead of this one.My mom doesn't like purses but prefers smaller backpacks and she's very happy with this one.
