This is frankly false advertising. The picture is not what you get. The image shows modules with a black circle on the side, just like the Xbox OEM. You get a cheaper version with white circles that have terrible accuracy. They'll fix your drift, but it's unplayable in most games. More. I recently bought a pair of these cheaper white ones and the white/black circle is the part that actually sends a signal to the controller to tell it how far in one direction it is. Whites use three tracks internally compared to OEMs which use two and are more accurate. After you set the color to white (which is what this item sends to you), you'll find that you can move left and right almost immediately, but if you start moving diagonally up or down, you've got one Dead zone before this is registered as diagonal movement. This creates a very tight "square" motion every time you don't move straight up/down or left/right. So almost always.
