5/1/2018 Update: This company has the best customer service ever! I emailed the company with my complaint about the bag. They emailed me back within a couple of minutes and requested a picture. Within a couple of minutes of receiving the picture the emailed me back again and told me a replacement bag would be sent to me right a way. I already have the replacement! So because of that I will definitely give this company and this bag 5 stars. Hopefully this new bag will hold up longer. I will update in a couple of months. This truly is a great bag!Original I received this backpack purse on April 14th and I loved it immediately - it has plenty of pockets and space and is comfortable and is easy to carry both ways. But within 1 week the seam started ripping at the top and I’m so disappointed. I do not have many things in the bag either, my wallet and a few other small things. With all the pockets it should be able to carry much more. If you want something for everyday and that will last - unfortunately this is not the bag.
