My main complaint is that the phone's charger failed overnight after 4 months of use. This is a satisfactory charger for overnight use IF IT WORKS. It's not fast, but it doesn't have to be overnight. This is a low profile. It sits on a desk, dresser, or nightstand and replaces both the iPhone and the flat-lying Apple Watch. I liked that I could put it under the computer stand on my desk. I've come to the conclusion that it's not worth replacing this failed device for another $20.
