The chatbot feature of the application is amazing. I can use it to get customer service related issues and also to interact with customers who are interested in my product and want to buy it. Sometimes the bot doesn't respond for a long time. Also sometimes there is no response at all. If you are looking for a solution to your customer service problems then this is the best option available. I am solving many problems like order tracking, order status checking, chat support, FAQs etc through this chatbot. It's a great experience.
