This is one of the coolest things I bought this year. I usually prefer "clear" whiskey, which, as all whiskey drinkers know, means "no ice". The fact is that sometimes you want whiskey (I prefer Irish whiskey myself!) to be slightly chilled, but I didn't want it diluted with water. This is where whiskey stones used to come into play. When I found these whiskey balls I was very pleased and switched to them straight away. This is a nice set that comes with a cylinder that mimics a revolver cylinder. I'm not a gun lover to be honest, but when I saw this set it reminded me of my childhood playing cops and robbers. At this point, the coolest part of the game was loading the gun and running around pretending to be James Bond or the local cop. Now I have the same feeling when I take the balls out of the cylinder and throw them in a jar, and even more so when I rinse them and put them back in the cylinder and in the freezer. It seems silly but it's so beautiful! I will most likely be buying another set for myself so I have extras ready in the freezer. I also hope that this company will release more BA whiskey!
