I bought the first g703 about 2 years ago, after half a year the wheel began to live its own life, because of the long departure, the mouse could not be returned, as a result, I have it as a temporary replacement, if there is such a need. Then I decided to take a g502 for myself, where the plastic turned out to be of a completely different quality, the mouse constantly slipped out of my hand and constantly pressed the wrong buttons, in general the mouse was thoughtful and of high quality, just not for my hand. I sold it on ebay and googled it, I saw that there were almost no defective g703 left, and if they are, they are immediately changed, I decided to take it again. After 3 months LMB decided that enough was enough, she was tired. I contacted logitech, a week later they replaced it with the 3rd g703, so far everything is fine, I hope it will continue as well. I have been using only logitech products for about 20 years (mice, keyboards, cameras, steering wheels), before they released the g703 I never had any problems with their products. If this mouse dies too early, I will never buy anything from them again. Separately, I would like to say about the software, I don’t know who came up with the brilliant idea to replace the old and high-quality software with new and buggy, but instead of adding support for new games every other day, it would be better if you finalized the software itself, in particular, the work of dpi, when adjusting which, the application often hangs and crashes, and if at the same time the adjustment slider by "lucky chance" gets stuck at 12022dpi, then you will have to show skill to return it back. And by the way, earlier the wire in the kit was in a fabric braid, but now without it, they apparently save on materials.
