Nice drawstring bag, individually wrapped, shape holder inside, bright color, pretty cute, right size and thank you card inside. zero rebound even with minimal impact. There are obvious English grammatical errors on both sides of the card (see photo) and in the reviews below this product. I will be returning them soon - the insoles are hard and I 100% believe this shoe will break easily. Spend $20-$30 more for a pair that will last for years instead of weeks. And finally, you might not care - the tongue on this shoe says 'run', something I can't do anymore. . Haha.
