I like that we can configure everything from our own console. It is easy to create new apps, add features and make changes. We have had issues when trying to connect to other third party services. This was never resolved and they were not supportive at all. They did nothing to help us resolve the issue even though we contacted them through their support form multiple times. Try several different providers until you find one that works well for your needs. We needed a way to keep track of all our applications in one place and built.io allows us to do this.
