The 6 clamps look the same, but they are not.

The brass battery clips in this set have an important but very small miscast mark that you may never find. The sign designates the connections +ve and -ve. Yes, it matters because they differ slightly in size. So be careful and check the clip on the battery post before attaching it to the cable. If it's too tight, you have the wrong size clamp. Yes, there are 2 different sizes. If it's too big and you still use it by over-tightening the screw, it could fail. Suggest using a black marker to identify the clips -ve once you find the casting marker. Red mark for +ve. Otherwise a great kit.
