Review on Tour SS Golf Stand Bags Black by Robert Yates

I generally liked this product. The problem is that the top D-ring has become detached from the bag and the carry strap no longer works. Looking for an attached short strap? I don't see any tears or seams that have come undone in the straps just below the handle. I also don't see anything of the sort on the bag to indicate how it should be attached. The bag was used constantly 1 or 2 times a week. from early June and 3-4 times from mid-October and was working satisfactorily during that time until about this week's 4th hole (11/11) when I was trying to lift it up and over my shoulder when it came loose and the shoulder strap unusable was use. It has not been abused and the shoulder strap has not been pulled with excessive force. In my opinion this is a production error. I don't think I will buy another bag from this seller again.
