I ordered this just to make my wife smile and work. The glass seems sturdy enough to hold a decent portion of wine. She was glad. I then received an email from the seller ensuring the item arrived undamaged and stating that if there were any problems they could refund my money or send me another one. The glass was fine so I didn't answer. It was packaged very well, no chips or cracks. It's nice to know that they will support it though! Great UPDATE: We've washed it in the top rack of the dishwasher at least a dozen times and it still looks brand new. No problem, high quality and highly recommended!
