I liked that it allows you be able create custom templates for different fields, which is very helpful when collecting feedback or surveys with many questions/fields in them! Also having access through our CRM was great as well because we can send those responses straight into Salesforce without extra steps needed (which would have been required if creating an email response).
Nothing really about this tool itself but more so how they handle their support team; super slow at times - took me over 30 minutes just trying figure out some basic features like uploading my first survey template :/. Maybe try another solution? We are using stamped internally within Docusu's Marketing Team where each member completes one form per week via swiping right across all forms before submitting back inside SFDC once completed by user. This helps us gather data directly into Sfdc while also allowing users complete freedom not needing any training outside help.
