I've tried one so far and it works as advertised! Pros: The 2-pin I2C connection is much simpler than the alternatives you see using all sorts of cables. - The screen is bright and vivid. Ideal for simple menus or swipes. The control board is conveniently soldered to the display. Plug and play painless. Cons (sort of): - The wiki doesn't give any details about what library to use or where to download it from. It's called LiquidCrystal_I2C, but if you search for it, you'll get a bunch of different results. It took me 3 tries to find the right one. Search the Arduino IDE, scroll through the paths and you will see the one that matches literally. (Honestly, not a big minus, it would just be nice to give it to the author). - The only other drawback common to all such displays. The two-line, 16-character displays pretty much limit what you can do with it, but then again, if you count down the correct letters before you buy, you'll be fine. These things are great.
