Don't buy this shoe rack, it will fall off!
I know where to start from the start. The instructions were very vague. The whole system is very cheaply made. After completing the assembly, I could tell that this shoe rack would not last long. The clips of the shelf dividers are very wobbly, the whole system started tipping. Everything collapsed three days after installation. I live in North Carolina, the collapse was not due to an earthquake. These are additions to a cheap product that need to be pulled.
