Review on First Responder Support Tools (FiRST) by Andrew Agarwal

The software is very user friendly for first responder use which makes it perfect! There are not many things that I dislike.

It does exactly what you need when responding to an incident or working around one as well! If there was anything else we needed from this program then they would have developed those features themselves because their customers wanted them. We're using the software to help us prepare our teams at work so the ability to be able to see where hazards may lie out of our immediate view helps.
