Exactly what I needed, it's a great buy, I recommend it.

Any person over 45 years of age is simply obliged to take these vitamins in courses. One bank (100 capsules) for two courses, one per day for 50 days, then a break for six months and again. That is, one jar is enough for a year twice for 50 days is enough to maintain health.

Pros

I couldn’t buy it before and I had to buy all the vitamins separately from this company, and I remind you of 9 and each costs from 1000. Here's how much it cost me. And here it's all put together. True, some vitamins in small dosages. I mean small for the treatment of diseases. For example, if B12 is bought separately from this company, there is at least 1000 mcg. here is 50 mcg. that is, twenty times less or Pantothenic acid 50 mg. and separately goes 500 mg. that is 10 times less. And all other vitamins are already in the normal therapeutic dosage (see photo).

Cons

I could not buy before because it was not on sale anywhere in 2022.
