Review on Birth Ball Pregnancy Exercises Reposition by Chris Norman

This item came a lot faster than I thought it would. I used to have a different type of ball that didn't work at all. I bought the birthing ball with optimism, when it arrived in the box it had cute socks (non-slip), a hand pump, a ball and some tricks (which I might add were very detailed) and a bag. The ball is very comfortable to sit or lean against, it was very comfortable during my pregnancy and the quality was great. I got worried when my dog (Labrador/Collie) jumped onto my lap and his claws caught the ball which could have broken but thank god it didn't. It was perfect for the price and quality.
