The watch sits well on the wrist, does not put any pressure on the wrist. Everything is very legible and all the information you need is displayed (day of the week, time with regular or military hours/minutes/seconds, month and day. The controls are easily accessible and easy to use to set the time and other and to adapt functions. The only minus point is the night light, which with the color scheme I chose (grey on gray) is not readable during the day or is in a moderate color tone, but the illumination in the dark is simply great. I can only recommend this product.
