This is literally the highest quality item I have ever purchased from China. I'm shocked at the quality. They are everything they say; Hardwood handles, three rivets, one-piece shaft, precision ground, etc. If you have a Camp Chef, Blackstone or similar steel or cast iron flat cooktop, you should have it. They fulfill the double function of a spatula and a scraper; and do the job just as well, if not better, than special scrapers and spatulas, and cheaper; it's very rare. Both tools are not required.
