The platform is intuitively simple for non-technical users who want some basic automation in their marketing toolkit without having deep technical skills or resources available internally (or willing/able spend money). It's also easy enough that you can get started with it very quickly even if your organization doesn't have any existing integrations yet - which makes onboarding new people easier than most tools I've used before! There are definitely things we'd like more flexibility around but this has been good so far as an initial product offering; they're working hard behind us building out these features now too though :) We use sendlios primarily through our CRM integration where customers receive automated emails from Salesforce when there’s activity related directly back into sales cycles within SFDC data fields pulled via API calls using custom connectors built by ourselves.
