This nail polish flows everywhere
I have never seen nail polish flow and bleed everywhere after application. 20 minutes without moving and when I looked down the water was literally dripping onto my fingers. It's been 30 minutes and it's still wet and runny. We need to soak the nails in acetone. Nobody to write bad reviews but I would like to know before I buy it.
