The cable in the photo was not included.
The headphones themselves are very good, especially at this price point. I'm concerned about the cable pictured, the same as the YouTube reviews, not the one that comes with it. You still get braided wire but with cheaper plastic grommets instead of the metal grommets shown in the photo. Keep in mind that you'll probably need some decent wires, adding another $20 to the cost of this IEM.
