Review on Ner Mitzvah Flower Shaped Floating by Madhu Plexico

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Poor quality is the main disadvantage

I became acquainted with floating wicks using a brand (written in Hebrew which I can't read) made in Israel. As far as I remember the floats are 6 sided (but that was a long time ago so I could be wrong), the holes were the same size and clean cut. The wick was also the same size. These wagons lasted three or four days, sometimes longer. The Ner Mitzvah floats are made in China and it shows. The holes are too big and the cut is sloppy. The wicks are also fickle, but most barely stay in the float. Some fall into holes. The floats last for 24 hours and then sink. Not sure why but it could be holes that are too big or maybe a thinner layer of cork. After I've used up the rest of my purchase I will definitely be buying floats that aren't made in China.
